Abstract:
In order to simulate the PA nonlinear behavior of a wideband communication system effectively. In this paper,a two -way Hammerstein-Wiener PA model is investigated.Applying the same excitation signal to double branch model with Hammerstein in one branch and Wiener in the other, then regards the addition of two branch models'output as the final response.Model test is conducted by the strong nonlinear input and output data exported from the DPA circuit which is designed by NXP PA models and driven by multi -carrier wave WCDMA signal in ADS circumstance. As a result, the DHW model can acquire better RMSE compared with the Hammerstein and Wiener model. In addition, the performances of the double Hammerstein -Wiener model is similar to that of the memory polynomial model with a 30% to 40% reduction in the number of parameters, which has great reference value for research of PA behavior model.
