  • 摘要: 针对小波变换在图像融合中的平移变性和有限的方向选择性等缺陷和多聚焦彩色图像融合的复杂性, 将Q-Shift双树复小波变换应用于多聚焦彩色图像融合.首先对IHS模型的亮度分量I进行Q-Shift双树复小波分解, 根据多聚焦图像的成像特点和分解后的高低频系数相关性, 对分解后的高频系数和低频系数采用“选择取大”的融合准则进行融合和逆变换, 得到融合后的亮度分量, 再根据融合前后亮度分量值的接近程度来确定融合后的色调分量和饱和度分量, 从而实现多聚焦彩色图像的融合.通过对实验评估指标信息熵、平均梯度、方差和相关系数等实验值的比较, 所研究方法的各参数值都得到了很好的体现, 获得了较好的融合效果.

     

    Abstract: In the paper, the Q-Shift dual-tree complex wavelet transform is applied for the multi-focus color image fusion according to the wavelet transform having some defects of shift-variance and limited orientations in image fusing and to the complexity of multi-focus color image fusion.First, the intensity component of IHS model needs to be decomposed by Q-Shift DT-CWT.Then the low and high frequency coefficients of the intensity componet is gained by the 'selectivity maximun' rules according to the multi-focus imaging features and the correlation of low frequency coefficients and high frequency coefficient.And then, it can obtain the fusion intensity component by the inverse transformation.Last, computing the fusion hue component and saturation component by comparing the close degree of the intensity component values before and after fusion and finishing the whole fusion process.By the comparison of evaluation parameters such as entropy, average gradient, variance and correlation coefficient, the experience results show that the parameters value of the studied method obtain good results and the fusion image has a better quality.
