基于忆阻器的正弦波振荡电路设计

Design of Sine-Wave Oscillator Circuit Based on Memristor

  • 摘要: 为了解决传统的正弦波振荡电路难以起振和调频不便的问题,使用由忆阻器构成的等效忆容电路和等效忆感电路,设计了一种正弦波振荡电路.SPICE仿真实验结果证实了设计的可行性.所设计的振荡电路,在起振、调频方面相比于传统的正弦波振荡电路具有很大优势.

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of start-up and adjusting frequency in traditional sine-wave oscillation circuit, a sine-wave oscillator circuit based on memory capacitor and memory inductance equivalent circuit which is made of memristor is proposed in the paper.The proposed circuit is simulated by SPICE,the results show that the circuit have a great advantage in terms of start-up and adjusting frequency compared with tranditional sine-wave oscillation circuit.
