The Data Acquisition of Embedded Software Testing Platform Research and Design

  • 摘要: 文中设计的嵌入式软件测试平台能够对多种嵌入式系统进行白盒测试.系统的核心部分——数据采集器采用FPGA与NIOS Ⅱ软核控制器设计, 完成了比较器单元、锁存器单元、FIFO、数据压缩等逻辑功能, 能够满足多种嵌入式目标软件的测试要求.

     

    Abstract: This paper designs the embedded system testing platform (ESTP) to carry on white-box testing to many kinds of embedded system.System's core-Data Acquisition System, designed by FPGA and the NIOS II soft controller, including the comparator unit, the latch unit, FIFO unit and so on, can satisfy with many requirements of embedded system test.
