摘要: 提出了一种应用于NAND存储器上提高FAT文件系统可靠性的方法, 用非固定存储FAT表与配置自动寻找替换坏块的算法彻底屏蔽了坏块对上层应用的影响, 在牺牲一定写入速度的前提下, 很好地克服了上述障碍, 极大地增强了文件存储的可靠性与稳定性.在工程项目中的应用证明了上述优点, 具有很高的推广与应用价值.Abstract: In this article, a FAT file systems used in NAND memory improve on the reliability of method, using non-fixed storage FAT table and configuration look for bad block replacement automatically algorithm completely shielding bad block on the upper applications and thus overcome the above-mentioned obstacles.This method has overcomed above-mentioned issues and greatly enhanced the reliability and stability of file storage at the expense of write speed.The project application has proved the above-mentioned advantages, and it has very high value of promotion and application.
