Design and Simulation of Planar Rectangular Inductors Based on LTCC Technology

  • 摘要: 本文从电感的基本模型出发,提出了方形平面电感的等效电路模型,分析了电感的基本特性,并得出了等效电路中电感计算的数学公式;其次,通过MATLAB画出了等效电路中电感特性随频率变化的曲线图,同时利用三维电磁仿真软件HFSS验证了等效电路模型的正确性;最后讨论了基于LTCC工艺的平面电感的特性及其参数变化对电感特性的影响.

     

    Abstract: Based on the basic model of inductor,this paper firstly presents an equivalent circuit of planar rectangular inductor,and analysis its characteristics,as well as the formula for calculating;secondly,curves of the inductor characteristics varying with frequency are got by MATLAB and verified by the 3D electromagnetic simulation software HFSS;lastly,this paper discusses the characteristics of planar rectangular inductor based on LTCC technology,as well as the influence of different parameters on its characteristics.
