一种改善CMOS图像传感器性能的复位控制电路设计

A Reset Control Circuit for Improving the Performance of CMOS Image Sensor

  • 摘要: 像素复位控制电路是CMOS图像传感器的重要组成部分,其特性直接影响着图像的质量。为了改善传统复位控制电路对CMOS图像传感器性能的影响,设计了一种基于CMOS图像传感器的双斜率积分复位与软硬结合复位原理的高性能复位控制电路。通过该控制电路可以实现双斜率积分复位、软硬结合复位以及独立的硬复位与软复位方式。可以根据应用条件,进行动态范围的扩展或低噪声无图像滞后的复位。

     

    Abstract: Pixel reset circuit is an important component of CMOS image sensor,whose characteristics affect the image quality directly.To improve the performance of CMOS image sensor,a high performance reset control circuit was designed based on the principle of CMOS image sensor dual -slope integration reset and hard -soft reset.The circuit can achieve dual-slope integration reset mode, hard-soft reset mode, independent hard reset and independent soft reset.According to different application,this circuit can implement enhancing dynamic range or reset of low reset noise without image lag.
