Study and Design on Dual-Band Wilkinson Power Divider with Wide-Range Frequency Ratio

  • 摘要: 为了实现双频Wilkinson功分器的宽频比特性,并简化设计结构,在研究奇模-偶模分析理论的基础上,提出了一种在输出端口并联开路微带线的新型结构.首先通过奇模-偶模分析理论得出设计电路的参数方程,接着利用Matlab对推导方程进行求解,获得具体的设计参数,从而设计出宽频比(2.0~6.0)的双频Wilkinson功分器.为了验证设计方法的正确性,仿真并且加工了一个工作在870MHz和2140MHz两个基站频率的功分器.测试结果表明:双频功分器在两个工作频段内都具有良好的性能,测试与仿真结果吻合良好,验证了该方法是可行的.

     

    Abstract: To achieve wide band-ratio Wilkinson power with simple construction, this paper introduces a new type of structure based on researching of the odd-even mode analysis, which parallels the open-circuit stub at each output port.Firstly, according to the odd-even mode analysis, the equations of the design circuit are obtained.Secondly, using Matlab solves equations to obtain the design parameters to design the Wilkinson power divider with wide-range frequency ratio (2.0~6.0) .To verify the proposed design method, a Wilkinson power divider operating at 870/2140MHz base station bands is simulated and fabricated.Measured results show that the designed dual-band power divider has a good performance at the two working bands, and the measurements have a good agreement with the simulation results.It means the design method is feasible.
