Image Mosaic Method Research Based on Improved SIFT and Contourlet Transform

  • 摘要: 基于改进的2DPCA-SIFT算法, 提出了一种结合Contourlet变换的新的图像拼接方法.用Contourlet变换进行图像融合的优势是, 它可以消除色差, 使融合之后的图像更清晰.实验结果表明, 该方法能够提高图像配准的速度和精度, 增强图像拼接的效果.

     

    Abstract: Based on the improved 2DPCA-SIFT algorithm, this paper presents a new method of image mosaic based on Contourlet transform. The advantage of using Contourlet transform for image fusion is that it can eliminate the color difference and make the image more clear after fusion. Experimental results show that this method can improve the speed and precision of image registration, and enhance the effect of image mosaic.
