Research and Development of Detection System for Road Rut

  • 摘要: 提出了一种基于多激光位移传感器的车辙检测方法并开发了相应的检测系统.该系统的下位机采用CPLD芯片为线阵CCD产生驱动信号,采用51系列单片机并配合FPGA来完成CCD数据的读取,然后驱动网络芯片,将采集到的数据按照UDP协议发送给上位机进行车辙的实时检测.通过实测结果证明,该方法可以测量整个车道的车辙断面,检测精度高,检测速度快.

     

    Abstract: In order to provide accurate road rut data, a measurement method with multi-laser-displacement-sensors is presented. CPLD chip generate signals for linear CCD, using 51 series microcontroller and the FPGA to complete the CCD data reading, and then drive the network chips, the data in accordance with UDP protocol to send to the host computer to Rutting real-time detection. The test results show that the method can measure the shape of the entire 1ane of the road surface, detection of high accuracy, fast detection.
