Real-time Detection & Control of Cigarette Weight System Based on TMS320F2812

  • 摘要: 针对PASSI M7K型高速卷烟机的烟支重量控制系统的电路结构复杂, 稳定性差, 以及检测和调整相对滞后的问题, 设计了以TI公司的TMS320F2812型DSP芯片为核心的实时检测调控系统.介绍了新系统的结构, 给出了实时调控的算法和软件实现的方法.

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of complex circuit construction, lag adjustment and instability in PASSIM 7K high-speed cigarette machine's weight control system, real-time detection & control System was designed based on TMS320F2812, one of TI's DSP chips.This paper mainly introduces the structure of the new system, gives the real-time control algorithms and the methods of software realizing.
