An Adaptive Clustering Algorithm in Wireless Sensor Networks Based on Forest Fire Control

  • 摘要: 通过对森林防火现状的总结,分析了WSN在火险控制中的特点,文中提出了一种自适应分簇算法,将整个传感器网络划分成多层.在网络部署初期,为实现监测数据传输的实时性要求,各层簇首节点采用单跳方式与SINK节点直接通信;当节点对环境数据的监测达到一定程度形成预测趋势后,所有的节点可以自适应进入下一个阶段,进行多跳路由的建立,以提高网络的生命周期,延长传感器节点对火场环境监测的时间.

     

    Abstract: By summing up the status of forest fire prevention and analysis of the characteristics of wireless sensor networks in the fire control, this paper presented an adaptive clustering algorithm to divide the whole network into multi layers. In the initial deployment of the network, every cluster headers of all layers communicate with sink directly in order to achieve real-time requirement for forwarding monitoring data. While the data accumulated to a certain extent that could forecast the trend of the fire spreading, all nodes would be into the next phase for the establishment of multi-hop routing adaptively. This method could prolong the life time of the network and extend the time limit of sensors for monitoring the fire environment.
