The Development of Distributed Supervisory Control and Configuration System on the Safety Doors of the Rail Transmission

  • 摘要: 本文提出了基于分布式模块化监控组态方案的轨道交通屏蔽门监控系统.引入监控组态和仿真技术对站台前端门控设备进行实时监测、参数批量配置和远程指令控制,上位机和下位机之间采用MODBUS TCP/IP协议进行通信.实际应用证明:该系统可有效实现对地铁屏蔽门运行状态的仿真监控、故障诊断及维护管理.

     

    Abstract: This paper puts forward a monitoring control system for the railway transmission safety doors based on a distributed and modularized monitoring control and configuration scheme.It introduces monitoring control configuration and simulation technology for the real-time monitoring control, parameters' batch configuration and remote command control of front door's control equipment on the platform.Epigyny computer and hypogyny computer use MODBUS TCP/IP protocol, an industrial protocol, to communicate.Proved by the practical application, the system can realize the simulation and monitoring control, fault diagnosis and maintenance management of the subway safety doors' running status effectively.
