Abstract: Based on the analysis of subjective weight method and objective weight method, this paper proposed a combination weight method, for the problems of subjective weight method impacted by human factors, which is unreliable and objective weight method which has a poor result explanatory required high-quality data source.In this paper the subjective weight and the objective weight merge by the experience factor.In order to verify the validity of the method, a multi-index comprehensive evaluation system is established based on the combination weight method to evaluate the residents' healthy housing.The evaluation results show that the error percentage of the combination weight method in this paper is obvious lower than the objective weight method.The experiment of the software system further evidences the feasibility and the accuracy.
