Abstract: A common practice with recommender Those algorithms ignore the essential characteristic of user’s interest to the item. this paper introduce a novel probabilistic generative model, which considering the degree of user interest to the item and user rating emission,equipped with the new ranking criterion. Experiment proves that our method outperform the state-of-art collaborative filtering algorithms.
