The Moving Object's Shadow Elimination Algorithm Based on Integer Wavelet Transform

  • 摘要: 小波变换具有多分辨率分析的特性, 整数小波属于二代小波, 其不仅延续了小波变换多分辨率分析的特性, 而且在运算快速性方面具有自身独特的优势.将整数小波变换应用于交通场景的车辆阴影去除, 不仅能够充分发挥整数小波变换的多分辨率分析特性, 而且兼顾了交通监控实时性的要求.实验结果表明, 将整数小波变换应用于车辆阴影去除在处理效果和实时性方面获得了比较好的折中, 是一个有益的尝试.

     

    Abstract: The wavelet transform has multi-resolution analysis properties.Integer wavelet transform is the second generation wavelet, it not only has wavelet transform's multi-resolution analysis properties, but also has particular advantage in fast operation.The algorithm is applied to vehicle shadow elimination in vehicle surveillance system.Experimental results show that this localization method is efficient and reliable, while satisfying the real-time requirement of the vehicle surveillance system.
