Study on the Operator of Obtaining the Cylindrical Axis Factor

  • 摘要: 新一代产品几何技术规范 (GPS) 中提出的操作及操作算子技术, 为实现产品几何误差的数字化计量提供了必要的技术基础.在研究新一代GPS基础理论的基础上, 分析了获取圆柱面轴线要素的操作算子包括提取、拟合、构造、分离、提取、拟合和集成七个操作, 并给出实现操作算子的数学模型.通用实例实现了获取柱面要素轴线的整个数字化过程.该方法为新一代GPS中平行度、垂直度、同轴度等的数字化设计与检验提供重要的理论基础.

     

    Abstract: Operation and operator technologies introduced by new generation Geometrical Product Specification (GPS) provide the necessary knowledge foundation for digitizing measurement of product′s geometrical error.Based on research in new generation GPS basic theory, the operator formation for obtaining the cylindrical axis factor is analyzed, which include extraction, association, construction, partition, extraction, association, collection.Moreover, the mathematical model of realization operator is presented.The whole digitizing process of obtaining the cylindrical axis factor is realized through an example.This method provides the important theory foundation for digitizing design and verification of parallelism, perpendicularity, and coaxiality in new generation GPS.
