基于人工鱼和细胞膜优化医学DR图像增强研究

Research of Medical DR Image Enhancement Based on Artificial Fish Swarm and Cell Membrane Optimization

  • 摘要: 针对医学DR图像对比度低、细节和边缘不清晰的问题,提出一种基于人工鱼和细胞膜优化的医学DR图像增强方法。该方法采用人工鱼群算法优化Otsu方法,利用优化后的Otsu方法对医学DR图像进行分割,采用细胞膜优化算法对分割后的部分区域分解,分解后的高频强区做非线性增强,高频弱区和低频区做直方图均衡化增强,其余部分做线性增强。仿真实验表明这种方法有效地消除了医学DR图像中噪声,增强后医学DR图像细节信息更加清楚,具有高的有效性和鲁棒性。

     

    Abstract: According to the problem that details of medical DR image are buried,edge of image is vague,contrast of image is reduced.Method of medical DR image enhancement based on artificial fish swarm and cell membrane optimization is proposed.Otsu method is optimized by artificial fish swarm algorithm.Medical DR image is divided by optimized Otsu method.Divided some area is decomposed to high frequency strong area,high frequency week area and low frequency area by cell membrane optimization algorithm.High frequency strong area is treated with nonlinear enhancement,high frequency weak area and low frequency area are treated with histogram equalization enhancement,other area is treated with linear enhancement.Simulation experiment on this method shows that noise of medical DR image is eliminated,details of medical DR image is more clear,effectiveness and robustness with this method are both high.
