Abstract: A concrete analysis about the characteristic of propagation of USB-Flash storage virus and the shortcoming and weakness of the traditional models is given, a new stochastic propagation model is proposed.At last, the mathematic model is verified.Comparison between the predicted result made by this model and the real propagation data shows that the model gives a better description of USB-Flash storage virus's propagation.The model is of some significance in anti-virus.
