Abstract: The paper addressed the problem of people are learning hysteretic knowledge in traditional learning environment by an extended topic model which integrate knowledge requirements of society into E-learning environment.We can use web information extraction methods to grab knowledge requirements from job-list website and integrate it to the traditional topic map, to from an extended topic map model for the E-learning.The proposed model can be used to guide educators to update their outdated knowledge system based on requirements and guide learners to learn the valuable and required knowledge.
