太阳能电池板缺陷分割技术研究

The Algorithm Research of Solar Cells Defect Segmentation

  • 摘要: 太阳能电池板在生产过程中会产生缺陷,缺陷会导致太阳能电池板的效率降低,因此需要对太阳能电池板进行缺陷检测.缺陷分割在自动检测过程中是最困难的一步,也是后续检测过程的前提.针对家用小型太阳能电池板进行缺陷检测,该种电池板具有矩形外框、电极在中部、电致发光灰度不均等特点.根据以上特点,提出了一种创新的缺陷检测方法.首先获取图像的先验知识,然后通过前景分割、求灰度差分图、对灰度差分图使用二维最大类间方差法求缺陷起止位置、连接缺陷区域、形态学开操作处理、去除电极位置等步骤分割缺陷.实验结果表明,提出的方法可以准确完整地分割出缺陷位置.

     

    Abstract: In the process of production defects can reduce the efficiency of solar panels,so it need to defection the defect.In the process of solar cell defects automatic detection,defect segmentation process is the difficult process and the premise and key for subsequent identification.This paper based on household small solar panels for defect detection,The characteristics of this kind of panels is a rectangular frame,electrode in the central and unequal electroluminescent grayscale.According to the above characteristics,An innovative method of defect detection is proposed.First acquire the image of a priori knowledge,Then defect segmentation by using foreground segmentation,calculate the gray level difference,calculation of defect location of beginning and ending,connected to the defect area,morphological open operation processing,remove the electrode position.The experiment results show that the proposed method can successfully segment the defect.
