Study on Software Hot Patching for Embedded Network System

  • 摘要: 针对嵌入式网络设备中软件故障恢复技术进行了研究.提出了模块级和函数级热补丁方案,对两种热补丁的关键技术和实现方案进行详细阐述,并提出了软件热补丁的管理方案.文中提出的热补丁方案在实际的嵌入式网络设备中得到了应用,能快速解决设备软件故障引起的网络故障.

     

    Abstract: The software fault of an embedded network system may cause crush of the whole network system.This paper focused on the research of software fault recovery.It brings forward module level and function level software hot patching scheme,and describes the key technique and implementation scheme in detail.It also put forward a software hot patching management scheme.In this paper,the hot patching scheme uses in practice on embedded network equipment,can quickly solves network breakdown caused by software fault.
