高速高精度超声波流量计数字处理模块的设计

Design of High-speed,High-precision Digital Signal Processing Module in Ultrasonic Flowmeter

  • 摘要: 阐述了一种基于DSP的高速、高精度超声波注量计的数字处理模块的设计方案,并以TMS320C6713DSP为例,从波形的高速收发、高精度的时序协调、控制参数的配置等几方面展开详细介绍并予以实现.实测证明,该方案能够在75MHz的波形数据发送频率下使流量计算的时间误差达到纳秒级精度的要求.

     

    Abstract: As a core of the ultrasonic flow meter which could control,This article describes a DSP-based digital signal processing module design of high speed,high precision.We realize the plan in the example of TMS320C6713 DSP and formulate it as follows:the high-speed transceiver of the waveform,the high-precision timing coordination and the configuration of parameters.Experiment results show that this design scheme can reduce the time error of flow calculation to ns-level accuracy in the condition of 75MHZ data transfer frequency.
