基于RS-LMBP算法的故障智能诊断系统

Intelligent Fault Diagnosis System Based on RS-LMBP Algorithm

  • 摘要: 文中提出了基于粗糙集 (RS) 理论与BP神经网络相结合的故障智能诊断技术.首先对大型设备大量复杂的数据, 利用粗糙集理论进行前期数据的预处理, 约简原始数据的属性, 再将处理过的数据用LM算法改进的BP神经网络技术来进行分析, 最终实现故障智能诊断.建立了基于RS-LMBP算法的故障诊断模型, 并通过实例验证了方法的可行性和高效性.

     

    Abstract: This paper proposes an intelligent fault diagnosis method based on rough set and BP neural network.First, for these equipments contain a huge number of redundant data, this method pretreated the preliminary data for fault diagnosis to reduce raw data attribute by use of rough set, and then analyzed the processed data with BP neural network technology which improved by using LM algorithms to implement the fault diagnosis.It established a model of fault diagnosis based on RS-LMBP algorithm, and the examples demonstrate that the method is feasibility and high efficiency.
