Abstract: The current sort methods are processing single number or string,and the date of data items is no longer an atomic value,then according to characteristic of the rough relational data structure and equivalence class,it is improved the traditional insertion sort method and to make use of the rough relational data structure data sorting, finally applied to a part of the national geographical information example,then proves the improved insertion sort is practical and effective for the rough relational data structure.
