一种核心控制单元故障的现场诊断方法

On-Site Diagnosis Method for Core Control Unit Fault

  • 摘要: 针对变频调速系统的现场故障诊断, 通过流程和流程组装, 减少现场应用中的代码编写, 采用封装技术和输入输出数据映像将同一类型的资源的差异消除在封装内, 实现部分现场资源的“即插即用”, 使用无线通信技术解决现场资源与计算机的物理连接.故障的平均维修时间从35.6小时降低到8.9小时, 故障识别率也提高了2个百分点.

     

    Abstract: Based on the fault diagnosis of frequency convert system, flow and flow combination, on-site code is reduced, the difference of the same type of resource is eliminated by encapsulation technology and in-out data image, this paper realizes plug and play of part of the on-site resource.On-site resource and physics connection of computers are resolved by wireless communication technology, the average service time is reduced from 35.6 hours to 8.9 hours, and rate of fault recognition increase by 2 percentage points.
