Cross-Platform Data Transformation Rresearch for MapGIS and ArcGIS

  • 摘要: 深入讨论了MapGIS和ArcGIS两种GIS软件的数据格式, 并且分析ArcGIS Geodatabase格式和shapefile格式的差异, 设计并实现了从MapGIS到ArcGIS平台的数据无损自动转换的方案, 有效地解决了原有数据转换方案中信息丢失、注记无法渲染等问题.通过对比实验结果表明, 该方案在从MapGIS到ArcGIS平台的Geodatabase数据转换相比于传统shapefile文件格式具有很高的准确率和较好的时间性能.

     

    Abstract: This paper deeply discusses the data format of MapGIS and ArcGIS software, and analyze the differences of ArcGIS Geodatabase format and shapefile format, designs and implements the scheme of nondestructive and automatic conversion of data from the MapGIS platform to ArcGIS platform, effectively solves the problem in original data conversion scheme that information is missing and note can't render. Through the contrast experiment shows that the scheme has higher accuracy and better time performance from MapGIS to ArcGIS Geodatabase of data transformation process than the traditional shapefile format.
