Application of Airport Capacity Assessment Based on Improved D-S Evidence Theory

  • 摘要: 本文针对机场容量评估中的不确定因素影响问题,在D-S证据理论的基础上提出了一种改进的考虑权重和折扣率的信息融合方法,并将该方法应用到实际的机场动态容量预测过程.实验结果表明,该方法进一步降低了评估过程的主观性,为空中交通流量管理决策提供了更为科学的决策依据.

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the affection of uncertain factors during airport capacity assessment, this paper puts forward an improved information fusion method which considered weight and discount rate and based on D-S evidence theory.The method is applied to predict the actual dynamic capacity of airport.Experimental result indicates the proposed method further reduced the subjectivity of evaluation process, and provided more scientific decision basis to air traffic flow management decision-making.
