Abstract: For the limitations of TOPSIS method,this paper makes two improvements.Firstly,it uses sequencing relationship analysis of each index to calculate the weight of the weight in order to avoid the use of objective evaluation result of the importance.Or man-made causes the specified weight of each evaluation index weights the importance of the problem of excessive deviation.Secondly,it uses Projection method to avoid the traditional TOPSIS method exists in the program selection process almost from the ideal solution and negative ideal solution programs are also close to the problem.Finally,it apply the method of multiple computers to improve the overall performance evaluation,and achieve reasonable results.
