An Improved Memristor SPICE Model and Simulation

  • 摘要: 忆阻器(Memristor)是一种具有记忆功能的无源电子元件,其概念由蔡少棠于1971年提出.2008年HP实验室发现了一种基于电阻开关的二端非易失记忆器件,从而证实了忆阻器的存在.在研究HP实验室发现的忆阻器的基础上,分析了目前一些忆阻器模型的优缺点,设计了一种改进的忆阻器模型.经过PSPICE仿真验证,该模型成功地模拟了HP实验室发现的忆阻器物理模型的基本特性.

     

    Abstract: Memristor is a passive electronic device with a non-volatile memory,which is proposed by Leon Chua in 1971.A 2-terminal non-volatile memory device based on resistance switching was found in HP labs in 2008,and that proved the existing of memristor.In this paper we analyze two modeling methods of memristor and then design an improved model of memristor based on the physical model of memristor that found by HP labs.It can be found that the characteristics of the improved model correspond to the physical model of HP labs by PSPICE simulation.
