Novel CMOS Current Cotrolled Current Differencing Buffered Amplifier(CCCDBA)

A novel CMOS realization circuit of current controlled current differencing buffered amplifier (CCCDBA) based on compound MOS translinear loop and MOS current mirrors is presented. It presented such advantages as easy realization in the fabrication,simple circuit configuration,wide bandwidth,high voltage and current transfer accuracy and so on. The principle of circuit is analyzed in detail. To show the performance of the CCCDBA,a second-order current mode band-pass is evaluated from the literature,PSPICE simulation results for the proposed circuit in 0.5μm CMOS process is included,the simulation results satisfy theoretic analyzed.
