Adaptive Medicine Temperature and Humidity Monitoring Based on Pseudo Random Wake in Scattered Architecture

  • In the medicine stored procedure, the outside temperature and humidity should change with the need of the medicine, the pharmaceuticals adaptive storage environment need to achieve for the optimum storage temperature and humidity.Random distribution model is used in traditional methods,an iterative approach Wiener evolution by intermittent loop feedback system is used for medicine storage temperature and humidity monitoring, subject to the evolutionary approach of Rayleigh characteristics, the guarantee is not steady convergence of the closed-loop feedback. An adaptive medicine temperature and humidity monitoring based on pseudo random wake in scattered architecture is proposed to solve the robust convergence problems in traditional method, the scattered medicines architecture model is constructed by pseudo-random wake-up mechanism, the temperature and humidity regulation is accessed to medicines by fuzzy feedback, the optimal feedback loop factor is calculated and acted on the fuzzy system to achieve accurate temperature and humidity regulation.Experimental results show that with the improved algorithm, the needs of all medicines temperature and humidity stable closed-loop adaptive control is realized, the temperature control accuracy is 0.1°,the relative humidity control accuracy is 0.5%,the algorithm is faster convergence.
