License-plate Positioning Method Based on AB Neural Network Model

This paper proposes a license plate positioning method based on AB neural network model.The regional histogram method and rectangular sliding window method have been used for the first-time positioning of license plate,and the regional average method and average beep method have been used for the fine positioning part.The experiment shows that this method is fast and highly accurate.
