An Improved DV-HOP Localization Algorithm

An improved DV-HOP localization algorithm is put forward in this paper。In the distance estimation stage, according to the distance between neighbor nodes the number of hops are weighted, the average hop distance is corrected. Constraints of optimization anchor nodes are introduced to narrow the triangular area of unknown node surrounded by beacon nodes, then screening anchor nodes of participating coordinate calculation in the stage of position estimation. Simulation results show that, the improved algorithms positioning accuracy is higher than DV-HOP algorithm in the same network environment.
