A Kind of CMOS Image Sensor Pixel Reset Circuit

  • The reset method of the CMOS image sensor pixels directly affect the image quality.Through analying and simulating of the existing reset circuit, we found the existing flaws of them.This article proposed a high dynamic range, inhibition of image lag reset circuit based on Dual-slope integration, aimming to fix those flaws.In this reset circuit, we zeroed the drain voltage of the reset tube and used thecombination of hardware and software reset method respectively during the long-time and short-time integral reset period to restrain the image lag.The simulation verificated that the reset circuit does restrained image trailing and extended the dynamic range effectively.
