Research on Architecture and Key Technology of MES for Copper Sheet and Strip Processing Enterprises

  • In order to integrate efficiently the production and operation of copper sheet and strip processing enterprises, make up for the data deficiency between planlayer and production controllayer, this paper proposed a MES architecture for copper sheet and strip processing enterprises, investigated two key technology about material process state modeling and job shop scheduling in MES. The application of MES optimal management in copper sheet and strip processing is very important for ameliorating the flowing performance of material, saveing production costs and improving the enterprise's benefit.
