The Design of High-Speed Solid-State Data Recorder Based on Onboard Storage System

  • In order to achieve real-time storage of the parameters during the launch of the flight,we give the circuit design and control logic design of onboard data storage based on the FPGA.For the requirements of high-speed data storage,we give an in-depth analysis on the write speed of FLASH in different programming mode via researching the structure of FLASH,which revolutionized the design of FLASH control logic.The recorder implements the interface control,write,erase,invalid block check of FLASH via Field programmable gate array.In this design,we present the reasonable solution to meet the high-speed data storage by using the efficient "zone" address management of FLASH.The practice has proved that the storage achieve the real time,reliable storage of parameters produced in the process of launching of the flight,it has met the needs of the practical engineering.
