Crosstalk-induced Delay Faults Detection Based on Improved MT Mode

  • A new incentive detection model-the improved M ultiple T ransition (M T)fault model is proposed for the detection problem of crosstalk faults of IP core interconnect of system-on-chip.The improved MT fault model is built on the traditional MT fault model and compacting a large number of vector redundancy. The enhanced boundary-scan generate all the test vectors by screening and applying the seeds. The improved fault MT model makes sure its fault coverage is 100%.The results of software simulation and data comparison prove that the improved MT fault model is feasible and high efficiency.
