The Data Acquisition of Embedded Software Testing Platform Research and Design

This paper designs the embedded system testing platform (ESTP) to carry on white-box testing to many kinds of embedded system.System's core-Data Acquisition System, designed by FPGA and the NIOS II soft controller, including the comparator unit, the latch unit, FIFO unit and so on, can satisfy with many requirements of embedded system test.
