Design of ROF Transmission Module Based on L-type Resistance Network Matching

Abstract
This paper introduces a design scheme of multi-standard and broadband light emission module based on ROF technology. The module uses QSFP interface to realize multi-channel transmission. The impedance matching of rigid-flex PCB interconnection is realized by L-type resistance matching network, and the signal integrity problem in the module link is optimized and studied by using full-wave simulation tool (HFSS). The test result shows that the module can guarantee a good gain flatness at DC-6 GHz.
