A Flash Fault Detection System Based on FLASH-March Algorithm

We introduced the mechanism of FLASH fault,and FLASH-March algorithm for 8bit-oriented and 16bit-oriented is also given,thus we propose a flash fault detection system.The system is based on FPGA and Microblaze,and achieved the detection of flash fault.Also,compared with Built-In Self-Test,the system has the characteristics of simple,low cost and easy to do research on related algorithms.Finally,the system is used in practice and the effectiveness of our system is verified.
