Design of Current Feedback Operational Amplifier with Low Voltage and Low Power

  • Based on third-generation current conveyor, through the use of compensation capacitor isolation between the output and the amplification, the way is to eliminate the low frequency zero, we designed a new current feedback operational amplifiers with low-voltage and low power consumpution.Based on TMSC 0.35 μm CMOS process, the 1.5 V power supply voltage conditions, using Hspice in LEVEL49 model parameters to simulate the entire circuit.Simulation results: DC gain of 96.3 dB, unity gain bandwidth of 765 MHz, static power consumption 0.82 mW, the state closed loop bandwidth is fixed under the 64.3 MHz.
