Research and Design of Streaming Media Publishing Solution Based on Stateful Web Services

This paper analyzed the defects and shortcomings of current streaming media publishing,aimed at the current status of streaming media publishing,combining with the Web Services technology and SMIL,a solution of cross-platform, seamless integration is proposed and achieved effectively,which adds a state for Web Services and enables to preserve the state of the user's behavior.The solution overcomes the shortcomings of Web Services there being no state and provides users with a personalized service.This solution has the characteristics of strong flexibility as well as scalability and easy to maintenance.
