The High Level Test Synthesis Approach Considering Multiple Word Length Environment

  • Propose the integrated high level test synthesis algorithm which considering multiple word length.Based on the work of testability analysis,to eliminate the loops and redundancy,in the mean time consider the need of sequential depth and self loop elimination,to synthesis and optimize under multiple word length environment.The test synthesis framework is presented at last,the tree height reduction technique considering word length is also discussed.The experiment shows the efficiency of our method.
