Simulation of Antifuse FPGA Based on Verilog

  • A method for fast digitally functional simulation of the antifuse FPGA based on NC_Verilog is described. The programming principle of the antifuse is analyzed and the antifuse device was modeled by using Verilog. A digital simulation program of antifuse FPGA are given out.The results and conclusions of the digital simulation of antifuse FPGA is given out. Simulation results show that this method can realize the functional simulation, and the efficiency of simulation is improved greatly.
