Application of Embedded Database Wqlite in Boundary-scan Testing System

In order to improve the efficiency of Boundary-Scan testing,a Boundary-Scan testing system based on the embedded database SQLite is designed.In this Paper,the embedded database SQLite and the Boundary-Scan principle are introduced,and the software function module design of Boundary-Scan testing and the processing method of testing data are also elaborated.Experimental results have proved that the embedded database SQLite solved the data management problem that exists in the Boundary-Scan testing system,improved the efficiency of data access and saved the processing resources,reduce the cost of the system.The system has a good application prospect.
