Coverage Controlfor 3D Wireless Sensor Networks Based on the Adjustment of Sensing Radius

  • Coverage problem for wireless sensor networks in three-dimensional space,In order to achieve the optimal coverage node set,taking into consideration the characteristics of the network energy consumption,this paper present a energy efficient coverage control for 3D wireless sensor networks based on the adjustment of sensing radius.Rational combination of nodes by the genetic algorithm based on the adjustment of sensing radius attributes of sensors in three-dimensional space. Simulation results show that the nodes deployed can improve rate of coverage and sleeping node,and reduce network energy consumption,Therefore,the survival time of the network will be prolonged.
