Design of the EEPROM Trimming Circuit for the Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator

  • The digital trimming Electric Erase Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM) circuit is designed in the Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO).It has the operational mode and three test modes-RAM WRITE, EEPROM WRITE and EEPROM READ, used for trimming the analog compensation voltage in the TCXO.The circuit is simulated and validated in 0.35 μm SMIC technology with HSPICE, and the results show it has high reliability and low power consumption.
