Face IMT-Advanced of Broadband OFDM-MIMO SDR Platform

  • Aiming at the link guideline requirement of the IMT-Advanced broadband communication system,a platform for the broadband OFDM-MIMO system which towards IMT-Advanced is proposed and discussed in this paper.This platform is composed of one main base board and multiple RF daughter boards.The base board can provides 20 million logic gates,including 1000M ethernet 、High Speed USB、ARM926EJ-S and HSMC(High Speed Mezzanine Card).By flexible configure the RF daughter boards,MIMO subsystem with multiple operation modes can be implemented and tested fastly.This platform features large verification scale,abundant interconnecting resource,high main frequency,high stability performance and flexible extensibility.This platform can be use to implement and validate the SDR and broadband SoC system.Based on this platform,a 130M bps OFDM-MIMO baseband communication SoC phototype is performed and verified which proves its practicality and efficiency.
