Design of Charge Pump in AM-OLED Driver IC

  • AM-OLED (Active Matrix-Organic Light Emitting Diode) is called the next-generation flat panel display technology.The design of the charge pump is the key point for the design of power supply module in AM-OLED driver IC.The charge pump can be used as a booster or a buck or an inverter of the input voltage,to supply the operating voltages for other circuit block.After analyzing the function and performance requirements of power supply module in AM-OLED driver IC,the Verilog-A model and the design of all charge pump module have been completed and they are simulated by HSPICE using 0.16μm HV process.
